Top 10 Performers This Year In Sioux Falls

Numerous Grammy-winning bands and artists are anticipated to hold concerts throughout Sioux Falls this year, keeping music fans busy.

This year, country music has been featured in the majority of those high-profile performances. Six of the top 10 concerts, all of which will take place at the Denny Sanford Premier Center, will feature a country musician.

The Denny Sanford Premier Center welcomed nearly 630,000 visitors in 2018, and through November, it brought in about $16 million in total revenue for 2022. That exceeded the previous record, which was $14,3 million, set in 2019. The complex made more money last year than it has in any other operating year, according to a press release from the facility.

Blake Shelton

Blake Shelton, the king of country music, will return to Sioux Falls as part of his Back to the Honky Tonk Tour. He will perform alongside country singers Jackson Dean and Carly Pearce. Shelton has performed there before; his most recent performance there was in 2019.

Journey and Toto

The main acts for a concert at the Denny Sanford PREMIER Center are Journey and Toto. In 1973, Journey was formed in San Francisco by ex-members of Santana, the Steve Miller Band, and the Frumious Bandersnatch.
